I gave my trailor and R3000 deposito to a person to complete overall and fix the trailor back to original state. After six months the person disappear with his cell, e mail and FB went off. I tracked his wife and promises was made now it is another 9 months later and I still can't get my trailor or money from these people. How do I approach this from a legal position without paying a fortune in getting my trailor and money back.

I have all the documentations cell numbers, his wifes work number.
