Question posted in the General Law category relating to KwaZulu-Natal
Good evening.
In a complex of flats we have a owner that at most of times get out of hand unruly , drunk during those times and swears a lot shouts, slams his doors bangs on the walls in his flat with sticks during the day or night...at times up to 4 in the morning.
He Challenge's. And threatens resident's in the complex...not directly but behind closed doors.
This behaviour at times can last up to 4 days...on and off... evenings and early hours are the worst.
We are now fed up and dont know what more to do....the police hardly tend to this call anymore....
Kindly advise quickest legal way to try and stop tthis owner from continuing this unacceptable behaviour.
Regards
Andre.
