Good day I would like to know if I can sue someone for defamation of character and emotional harassment, I'm asking because I stay in a flat with 3 other people and the situation is as stands I have received a whats app from (I'm just going to use roommate 1 roommate 2 and roommate 3 as rm1 rm2 and rm 3) rm1 stating he is taking me and rm3 to the police for invasion of privacy, and unauthorized recording when we have done neither apparently rm 2 said we put a camera in his room and we're discussing when to get the recording, when we have never discussed this accusation. We have tried to talk to them but the situation is always changed to some other household issue. please advise
