Question posted in the Family Law category relating to Western Cape
I divorced my ex wife 3 years ago and was granted primary caregiver of my 3 children due to her being an unfit mother and drug habit.
The problem is when we got divorced she refused to move but me caring for her decided that she can stay thinking that she will change her ways. I was wrong, matters just got worst and now I need advice on what steps I need to take to get her out of the house as she's becomming more disruptive and abusive in our home enviroment.

Hi there,
I see that you haven't made a payment for the question, but I'm going to assist you a little. If you want to ask a follow-up question, please make the required payment.
You might need to evict her, as a tenant.
