Hi, our landlord is threatening to contact my husbands employer about arrear rental payment.  I havent paid yet becouse i dont agree with the amount she claims we owe.  Is she allowed to contact his employer about this and if she does what can we do as this would put him in bad light with his employer.  She also entered our home without our knowledge or permission and threatened to evict us.  We havent received any of this in writing even though i asked her to direct any further communication with us in writing.  Ive also asked for a statement of our deposit and the rent it should have accrued and to date havent received a statement.  What should i do?
