I'm married in COP for 28yrs to an alcoholic/drug addict. Physically/verbally abusive. No children support. No stable job. In and out of the house. Been to rehab 28times. We bought the house with my money. He tried to burn the house twice. He abandoned the family home +- 5yrs ago. Refuses to sign divorce papers. I'm presently employed by the Dept of Health?
