Question posted in the General Law category relating to Gauteng
My wife was in a partnership or business agreement with a hotel to provide food and beverage services to the hotel guests. We have for the month of August supplied these services and have been given part payment for these services. However the owner still owes her R49 450.18. We have sent requests for payment with no response or payment. In the interim she no longer provides the services as the owner has given us notice to change the business agreement with immediate effect which has left her no alternative to close the business making her unemployed. Is there a way you could assists us or point us in a direction of someone who could assist. We honestly don’t have the funds for a lawyer but really need assistance.
