Hi

Our landlord sold the house and gave us 3 months notice to leave.
we pay rent from the 15th to the 15th.
we found a new place. on the 05/08/2014 we informed her that we got a new place and we moving out by the 15th of august.

She informed us that we have to pay her a full months rent on the 15 aug for 15th aug to 15th july???

how is this right.

please help.

She already told us that the house is sold and we need to leave with in this three months
