Hi there,
I have reasently found out i have a crimminal record for an assault case back in 2012. The thing is that have not assaulted anyone nor was i asked or taken for finger prints or arrested or appeared in court. I asked a friend in the south african police service to check on my id if anything comes up. This after i refused on a mine because of this. Now my company i work for is losing hundreds of thousands of Rands because i can not do my work i was employed to do. Can you advise me on the way forward as i am looking to open a civil case and take this further.
