Question posted in the General Law category relating to Free State
Hi. We took over instalments for n bakkie from our friend. With a sighned contract. And a year later we took a car aswell with no contract. We pay the money to our friends and the bank deduct from there account. We want to give back the (no contract) and keep the bakkie(contract) seeing that we cant afford both. But now they want to take both back.
