Good Day

My name is Phillip Seletisha and i jointly own a home with Talitha Seletisha whom I'm divorced to,our house was put on sale and now we decided to pull out of the sale and the agent is saying its going to be difficult as there'll be costs that we need to pay including their commission of 8% on the sale of R840 000.00

This is the email from the agent:

Dear Mr. Philip,Good day.We are in receipt of your email. However, please note that it will be very difficult and consequential for you to pull out of the transaction at this stage, having fulfilled all conditions on the offer to purchase agreement/mandate agreement including the final bond grant/ attorneys instructions to attend to the transfer. You will be responsible for bank and attorneys wasted costs and also the agent’s commission as matter of urgency.  Kindly confirm your your acceptance to upset all these costs so that we can proceed with the invoicing or the way forward.Prince O IhuomaBreezelane PropertiesSent from my iPhone
