Good day

I was on a relationship with a girl for 6 years which has ended a few months ago.

We have a little boy of 3 years old together.

After refusing me many times to call and visiting my son we came to an agreement to consult a mediators.

A parent plan was drafted but now she refuse to sign the plan.

She threatens me every day that i can't see my son and then I can see him again.

Her reasons various everytime. From child maintenance, (i have 2 daighters out of my first marriage who i also need to pay maintenance for. I was retrenched a few months ago but try my best to pay what i can) then she jas issues with my new girlfriend or my son is difficult when i take him backt to her etc.

She was also involved with some one the past 4-5 months s who moved in by her where my child even started to jave the understanding thay its his new daddy.

Last week she called me and td me this guy had an obsession with her and the kids (she also has another son out of her first marriage which I raised and loves as my own) and he obducted them o  the Monday. Not sure what at happened after that but she even needed to change her house's locks.

I assume because I am not there everytime   she want something is the reason for not willing to sign the plan.

This thing has been dragging for months now and my children suffers.

Please tell me what I can do seeing that i cant afford attorney
