Question posted in the General Law category relating to Free State
Hi my name is Sibongakonke, I want to ask is it lawful for a police officer to arrest you after the curfew without telling you why he is arresting you. And is it lawful for a police office to lie to you when arresting you saying he is taking you home where as he is taking you to the police station. And is it lawful for a police officer to arrest you when there are still people roaming around the street also in violation to the law, but choose to arrest you only because you are young and leave the other civilians?
