Question posted in the General Law category relating to Gauteng

The following day no one came to me to ask whether I am ohk or not like I never received any counselling..after two weeks they came back to me an told me the was an investigation that I started the fire or I burnt the forklift. The told me the find me guilty for that and they gonna charge me for that an the punishment is that I am gonna get a final written warning and I am gonna pay the forklift...My answer was the must sign the warning an give it back to me an I am not gonna pay the company cause the company only cares about their property not my life..So they told me the gonna come back with the feed back because I refuse to sign...So what do I do if it's like this
