Hi a few months ago i when on agreement with a person but it wasn't placed on paper on which i baught a wendy house from them.

I was supposed to pay monthly until I finished the whole payment, but due to my previous employer always being late with the salary the private seller and his wife actually encouraged me to resign and get something else, i then resigned and I've been unemployed ever since, which led to me being unable to pay them.

Now this individuals is sending me threatening emails amd messages saying they are taking me to court, i have payed them for 4 to 5 months already but i wanted to know what i can do according to this situation

Kind regards
