Hi,
I need some assistance with a business related issue please. Here is the backround:
I signed up as a consultant with a Company named Kwikweb 10 years ago. This company has a website design system where you can build websites for clients and earn monthly commission on the hosting fees paid by the clients. There was a cost to sign up and I pay a monthly agent fee. A few years ago ago they updated their consultant agreement where a clause was added that you have to sign up at least one new client per month to earn commission. I did not agree to this change and did not sign the new agreement. The original agreement I signed does not have this clause. I still have screen shots of the marketing material advertised all over the web where they advertise that you will earn a passive income for life. Over the last two years I've been struggling to get my monthly commission from them and have to fight with them every month. Yesterday they cancelled my Consultancy agreement with them without giving me a reason. The only explanation they gave was that there is a clause in the agreement that mentioned that either party can cancel the agreement by giving 30 days notice. I've spent 10 years building up my portfolio and invested many hours and money.
