Question posted in the Landlord Tenant Law category relating to Eastern Cape

An agreement between a landlord and tenant was concluded pertaining to outstanding rent money. Said agreement was then made an order of the court, but the tenant failed to pay the outstanding amount on the day set out by the court. On the seventh day after the date set out by the court for payment, the tenant is evicted with an eviction warrant. The tenant actually pays the full outstanding amount before the eviction is completed, yet the eviction is still carried out. Does the tenant have any recourse because of the 7day grace period given by SA courts?
