My dad and Aunt has shares on the property reason why my granny never signed to any one.
so my dad passes my mom gets his share , she passes so my Aunt has majority, but she has her own property which she has been staying all the years, so she passes so along came her cousins telling her daughter she needs so know go and sell the house whcih we have been living in since birth becasue the property belongs to their mother.
so what do we do because she had her own property neve lived their so how can they claim something which the have never worked for?
