Good dayRegarding the relaxation of lockdown regulations for co-parenting - can the non-custodial parent force the child to stay with them? From what I understand, the relaxation is to work in conjunction with the existing Parenting Plan registered with the Family Advocate. The question that I have is whether or not the lockdown is considered holiday time or school time? The reason for the clarity request is that the status of the lockdown period as holiday or school time is because that would impact on how the rules laid out in the Parenting Plan would be applied to the situation.I truly appreciate any assistance in this matter.
