Good day.
If Party X & Y are married out of Community of Property & without the accrual System. Party Y (Mr) entered into a verbal agreement with Mr Z to buy a property for the amount of R850 000. This is the first time that he is buying an immovable property and is wanting to know about the transfer process. Party X & Y are adamant that the property must be registered in their names within two weeks and requires you to give them a letter confirming their ownership of immovable property.
