Hi there

I am a director at a NPO its fairly new it just started running my Aunt is the FOUNDER/CEO of the company

Since it started she hasn't run anything by me.. which I let her do cause shes been dealing with my Mom with all the details I left it to my mom

Since the lockdown started I've been pulling my weight whatever she asks i do... still haven't questioned anything.. she stil hasn't run anything by me in terms of employees or meetings..

Today she told my mom that shes taking me off because I'm not fit for the position

I'm on all the paper work... I've signed and opened a company bank account

I just wanna know if shes allowed to do that ??? Without my knowledge or compensation?
