Question posted in the Property Law category relating to Mpumalanga
Goog day i have a situation where i was given a yamaha fzr 1000 with natis, change of ownership and keys and had a agreement to sore the bike at his house without any storage fees.
He also chaced me and his daughter that is my fiance at the time out of his house during one of his drunken tantrums.
So a little bit of time ago he sent someone to tell me he wants the keys so he can sell it to witch I replied no its my bike.
I would like to go collect the bike and all of it's parts so i can fix it and register it.
What can i do?
