My family was given a protection order against my brother, he does not live with us. He has two kids who visits us as family during school holidays. I used to take the kids with me to stay in a rented house which is in town, my brother filed a complain against me at work claiming I have stolen his kids. I work as social worker and claims like this affect my position at work. I opened a case of harrasment and humiliation but it was dismiss. They said he is right because its his children and that he did not contact me directly, can you please help.
