Ive place an order at a take-a-way place (Ive place my order in more thank enough time). Due to lock down they have to deliver. When I recieved my order it looked like I was ripped off by this business. I phoned them on their land line and on the cell nr I've received from the to place orders. The cellphone was offed. We had loadshedding and I had nothing els prepared. I felt ripped off and tricked by them and I could not resolve my query nor could they help me as they don't answer their phones. i drove to the shop to see if I can still find them but it was closed.
I felt angry, dissipointed and cheated. I wanter to warn other consumers in town of what they did thus I have placed my complaint on a whatsup group where people complain about the local municipaly service. I believed that it's also a businnes, big or small. After I placed my complaint eh admin indicated its inapproriate I must remove it and I cant blam and shambe small business. I did as they asked and they also removed me form the group. I did send an apologies to the business and the group today for my in appropriate complaint. Is there anything els I must do?
