I am married in community of property 2019 August the wife took our marriage certificate en left in October 2019 till now can I get a free divorce

No, unfortunately you can't get a free divorce. 

You'll need to apply at Home Affairs for another copy of your marriage certificate, and then apply at court for a divorce.
