In 2019 i purchased a tv, the tv broke within a month (manufacting fault). problem being i called the store and said i wanred to cancell contract because there where other products purchased with the tv but i didnt recieve them. a 3rd party took the tv to the store without my consent and the store exchanged it with an 2ndhand tv now the problem being i never consented to this as i wanted to cancel the contract now thy are demanding the payments from me. i have been to the store and spoken to there regional manager but he insists that i must pay also they never took the other items that i didnt recieve off the contract now its just acruing interest and now my account is in such a state that i dont know what i owe them....I NEED HELP URGENTLY
