Question posted in the General Law category relating to Eastern Cape

Good day, I am under debt review and have missed one month payment due to lock down because I had to work less hours in order to accommodate the lock down regulations. In the past few months I lost my phone and couldn't get my old number back. Last week I got a call from my vehicle creditor saying that they are taking legal action and they have terminated their account from the debt review. I asked the person if it is possible that they can increase my monthly installment in order for me to pay of the arrears but he does not respond on that, he just wants to know if they can proceed with legal action or if I will voluntarily return the vehicle.

I want to know what is my rights as I am still paying my debt review every month since March when I have started the debt review process, I only skipped April due to the above reasons.

Please help!
