I have a disciplinary hearing on Monday at the school I work at. I am fighting the allegations. Please advise if my principal is allowed to:
1. Serve me papers of suspension and hearing in an office with big windows having me shown to half the school? No privacy. Teachers and children saw me.
2. Send out a letter to all parents explaining the alligations . not saying my name but because I'm not at school, everyone knows the email is about me?
