Middag ek het n summons ontvang vir n bedrag uitstaande vzn 2547 rand vir my eks kerel se uitstaande oogkundige rekening. Hy was vir n jaar op my medies en ons is uit mekaar. In die summons het die prokureer my 10 dae gegee om te respond te verdediging van myself ek het gerespond met die defence notice en ook my inkomste en uitgawes sowel as n brief dat ek by my ouers woon met my kleinkind en kind. Ek het ook n geskeduleerde betaling geteken by my bank van 250 rand per maand dis al wat ek nou kan bekostig. Hulle dreig met summiere vonnis teen my wat ek geen idee het wat dit beteken nie. Ek vra asb hulp om terme my re verduidelik ek het nie die finansies vir regskostes of prokureer nou nie en kan ook nie bekostig om my werk te verloor nie. Kan iemand asb verduidelik wat is hul terme van n summiere vonnis
