Hi, I have had an operation in 2013. My Medical Aid did not make payment in full. I have made angments with the service provider to pay the balance off in full. I since resubmitted the account to my Medical Aid which they paid the balance in full. I am in credit with a substantial amount that was paid in cash. Today I queried this account and yes I am in credit. But... according to them they say that there is an account outstanding of which my previous medical aid did not settled in 2003. I have no recollection of such an account and why only when I am in credit do they notify me. I am a pensioner and I need this money. What are my rights?
