Hi I was dismissed from my work today which happens to be our pay day today.But when I asked them when I can expect  my salary to be paid into my bank I was told they are only going to pay me on the 7th of February.I I signed my dismissal with no issues  and all I wanted was my salary+2 days anual leave and 2 days sick leave im owed.I was suspended with full pay and my manager told me to return my uniform a.s.a.p. and my salary will be paid on the 7 th but my contract states my salary will be paid each month on the last day or on a Friday if it falls on a weekend can they with hold my wages please help
