Question posted in the General Law category relating to Eastern Cape
I submitted my car for a mechanical check up while it was in good drivable condition. To avoid more damage , it was towed to the dealership. While there , its computer box was swopped with another from a different car with a different vin number. The Dealership refused responsibility. What is my legal recourse . How do I hold the dealership responsible .. Dave
