I was in a car accident a month ago. I bumped into a bmw 3 series as she brake unexpected because of robots at Rosebank. She is insured and I am not insured, now the insurance claim that they paid for damages (damages were a minor scratch on the bumper), of which the owner of the car insisted the bumper to be changed. I do not have proof of whether the bumper is changed or they painted it. They send me a quotation of R21 730.46 that I must pay them. I need legal advice as I started at work last month and its a three year contract ending first week of December and I am not earning much. They say I must reply before the 10th of October 2014 or legal action will be taken against me, What must I do?
