Good day

I have a landlord/tenant dispute at hand regarding the rates & taxes(municipal account).

Upon viewing the rental house, it was agreed upon that we pay the rent, electricity (pre-paid) & water.

No written contract was signed.


One day I started investigating why our water usage is so high and upon scrutinizing the municipal account I realized that we are actualy paying the full municipal acount.

I started querying this with the landlord and they advised that upon paying the full municipal account we created the president of paying for the rates & taxes in full.

We feel that we are being exploited.
