I have 25% shares in a company

I resigned as director but made it clear I am keeping my shares.

I was informed I don't have shares anymore

Is this legal to just change shares with out my knowledge

Hi there,

I see that you haven't made a payment for the question, but I'm going to assist you a little. If you want to ask a follow-up question, please make the required payment.

Being a shareholder and a director are two different things. 

If you resign as a director, you retain your shares. Your shares can't just be "taken away" from you.
