Question posted in the General Law category relating to North West
Can the spca aspect to sign a contract with them for buying a dog or in their view , your have to pay a fee to take a dog , which I don't have a issue with ! The issue for me is , why do I need to sign a contract with them ? It is not like I renting the dog from them , ? They want to legally bound you by contract to take the dog back to them if you can't keep the dog due to maybe had to move and your new place don't allow dog . I paid for the dog so its mine ! Why do I need to sign a contract?
