Question posted in the General Law category relating to Gauteng
My uncle is 65 years and works for the local municipality. He wants to retire but he claims that his supervisors refuse to let him retire and they have not given him reasons written or otherwise. What action is available to him?

He must just retire. Surely the municipality has a retirement age policy which he has already crossed over.
