Question posted in the Criminal Law category relating to Gauteng
Opened 2 assault gbh cases against father of my son, they are 6 months apart, He already got arrested for non-attendence on the first case then a week later he attacked me, even his family is keeping my belongings I have been asking for my son's clinic card they ignore me. The 2nd case went 3 weeks without arrest,Then thy opened a case for me claiming I hv vandalised the flat (his sister owns it) broke the basin in the bathroom, and the bathroom window, then thy went to get him so go make a statement on my arrest, I then mentioned that he is also wanted for 2nd assault, thats when he was also detained. I was released next day on further investigations. He got out or not I don't know.
Both my cases are woth same officer, who is never at the station, who cant tell me anything, always gon call back. I needed him to help me get the important things but he is never available. Went to speak with his senior ut no feedback
