Question posted in the Property Law category relating to Eastern Cape
We have signed an offer to sell our house for R50 000 less than we advertised it for. We signed the agreement 2days ago and other job related reasons are making us want to cancel the contract . The buyer was a cash buyer and had already paid the money into the bank acc the agency required them to We now want to cancel the contract. How do we do that and what would be the consequences thereof?
