Question posted in the Consumer Protection Law category relating to Gauteng
I bought a car from the dealership which had mechanical problems from 1st month, I kept fixing from my pocket until car stops running after 5 months, dealership refused to fix. I approached ombudsmen who consulted dealership, but they ignored them until I was referred to thencc. The case is stuck with thencc for 3 years now, no progress. I call and send emails every month to make follow ups, no help.
Where can I report thencc for this service? They can't pronounce if I'm at fault or dealership is, what's the way forward?
