Hi i am currently working for a large vehicle dealership. I was employed as an apprentice.
I have now been working for the company for 3 years and i would like to qualify but they will not bring there side and if they do anything they want to do it under a section 28 qualification and not a section 13.
the reason for this is that they never registered me as an apprentice with merseta. if they had registered me i would have been able to qualify after 18months. what can i do?
