Good Morning

I need to know what the legal way is to get my Fridges from my friends estate. I have given his son all my detail that he asked me for per sms, and I understand that they have found the testament and he was the only beneficiary.  He also cleared out his father flat. All the smse I send him and ask him where the estate is standing, he only ignores and never reply my request on it.   The only information that I have on the son is his telephone number.  Please tell me how do I procide to put a claim in agaist the estate that the son said he would do but now I dont belive he did that.  Please help me.
