Hello, I'm a transwomen, which is currently in transition. I'm presently on Hormone Replacement Therapy through a Urologist.
I wish to commence my legal transition as I'm eligible to amend my gender marker to match my sex in accordance with "Change in Gender Marker in terms of the births and deaths Act, 1992 (Act No. 51 of 1992) under section 27(A) of the Description and Sex Status Act No. 49 of 2003.
Furthermore, I've had issues at the Department of Home Affairs where they rejecting my Psychologist letter which is registered with the HPCSSA and holds a BSc Hons MA.
