Question posted in the National Credit Act Law category relating to Gauteng

I had 3 different accounts with FNB. I've got paid up letters / proof of payments for all 3 of them. This was in 2011. Since 2012 until now i struggle to apply for credit as i get declined for Bad debt written off at FNB. I dont have any bad debt written off. All my accounts are paid up. I've been struggling to get FNB to sort it out. I've been dealing with so many different people from all the different departments at FNB and still after 2 years it is not sorted out. My home loan application got declined Feb 2014 because of this. THe FNB agents actually ask ME what the amount is for. They dont know, I dont know but still they can not fix it. I am tired and emotional. I've been bullied by this bank and penalised for something i dont have any control over. The bank cant even fix their own mistake. FNB also dont reply via email / fax with feedback they phone me. THe ombudsman wont help me becuase i dont have written feedback
