Question posted in the General Law category relating to KwaZulu-Natal
Hi. I would like to know how to cancel my authorised debit order by maxlaw. I did not have full understand of the whole thing and the agent i spoke to said my credit check would be free. She did not necessarily explain what the debit order was for but told me to accept a notification I got on my phone. I understand she was doing her job but i feel mislead and not informed. So i would like to know how to dispute this order and cancel the membership as well.
