Question posted in the Insurance Law category relating to Western Cape

My car was damaged in an accident by a lady that jumped the stop street. She admits she was wrong.
her insurance is dragging as most insurance companies do.
It is my only source of transportation for my business as i am self employed. now am losing alot of call out business and can't afford to be using taxi cabs to go to see clients as i cannot charge them the taxi cab rates and have to lose money.
