What is the proper procedure to follow when a landlord denies students entry in an accommodation? Nsfas students have been waiting for an accommodation code from POSA(Privatly Owned Student Accommodation) to be issued for a student accommodation in order to pay rent. The code was issued in the second semester and now students are waiting for payments to be issued by an institution of higher learning. Access to the accommodation is now being denied to students when the issue is not on their side.
