There is a residential property that the owner would like to rent out as both long term and short term rentals - from 2 nights to several months and 12 months stays. Short and long term rental will take place at the same time.

Owner wil be making use of various platforms to advertise the rental of the rooms.

Please advise which regulations and by-laws I need to familiarise myself with in order to proceed without any financial or legal holdbacks.

Property is in Pretoria and owner is South African.
