Good Day,

Please help !

My Wife is having an affair, and want to Divorce.  We bought a House through FNB, and the Instalments is being deducted monthly from my Bank Account.  The BOND is on BOTH our names.

Do I have to Re-apply for the whole outstanding amount at FNB?How do I remove her from my BOND ? Do I have to Re-Register the Bond at a Conveycing Attorney and follow the Process again like a 1st buyer ?Do I have to get a PRE-Approval from FNB to see if I qualify for the Bond before I offer to take over the BOND ?Do I have to get Approval from FNB before I sign the settlement agreement?
