I was divorced in Sept 2012 the attorney I appointed to defend me let the case go to court without contesting it. I have subsequently found out she was secretly hiding money away and purchasing unit trusts since 2005.
Does the gauteng courts not recommend her to notify me personaly of divorce proceedings on the date and can I have the divorce nulified.
Can I lay criminal case of theft against her for the monies she embezzeled, as during this time my sister from the U.K. helped my family finnancially with our rental but she continued to purchase unit trusts.
I am subsequently attending maintenance court on 11-12-20014, to contest the maintenance for her as my son resides with me.
How can I persuade the maintenance officer that she should not be entitled to maintenance as she has allready stolen funds and that she is finnancially independent.
